Help Employment Training

2 December 2019

Community events during the holiday season

In the lead up to Christmas, Help Employment & Training (HELP) will be hosting a range of community events for the local Goodna and Ipswich communities.

Working alongside the local domestic violence centre (DVAC) for women and children, who have experienced domestic violence, HELP is gearing up to pack and distribute Christmas hampers in the hope to alleviate some of the stresses that come with gift-giving at this time of the year.

Join Help Employment & Training as they open to the general public on Tuesday 3 December at their Ipswich office in 38 Limestone Street, for an hour-long BBQ get-together with local businesses.

A second community BBQ event is also planned for Wednesday 11 December at The Diggers Rest community area in Goodna from 10:00-11:30am.
