COVID-19 Update // March 2020
To provide you with the best possible service and support during these challenging times of COVID-19, from 20 March 2020 until further notice, Help Employment & Training will provide an option for your contact appointments to be by phone.
Some of our offices are temporarily only offering remote servicing - don’t worry though, we are still open for business and our 300+ staff will continue to service your needs remotely by phone and online, or in-person at our many close-by branches if required.

What we're doing to help you
We understand that this is a worrying time for all of us and that there is a lot of talk in the media that unemployment may grow. We've created a Frequently Asked Questions section to answer some of your questions.
With HELP’s unique infrastructure and capabilities on the ground, we have moved quickly to source vacancies in industries now hiring. These can be found on our online jobs portal. We have also made several changes to our delivery methods of courses through Help Training Institute (RTO 1653) to support you in preparing for roles in these industries.
We encourage you to use this time wisely to increase your chances of finding employment.
STAY IN CONTACT FOR URGENT JOB OPPORTUNITIES
Our whole team is committed to moving ‘Heaven & Earth’ to assist you through this challenging period. But we need your help too... simply answer your phone or emails and stay in constant contact with your Coach, as we need your quick response and action so we can maximise your job opportunities.
It is vitally important that we have your correct contact details for us to be able to offer remote servicing. To update your contact details, please click in any of the following options:
